Are these patterns beginner friendly?
Yes! Almost all of the patterns use only three basic stitches - backstitch, satin stitch, and French knot.

Some of the patterns are more difficult than others, but if you're brand new and are looking for a simple one to start, I would suggest any of the "Blow" patterns. If you're nervous about French knots, the "Blow MM" version uses only one stitch throughout the entire pattern - the backstitch.
What supplies do I need to do embroidery?
You'll need fabric to stitch on (I recommend a good quality cotton like Kona), a hoop to hold it tight, a needle, a pattern, scissors, and embroidery thread.
Do your patterns teach me how to embroider?
No. My patterns assume you have basic knowledge of embroidery. However, at the end of the pattern, I provide a resource list of Youtube videos with information on the stitches required for the patterns., as well as a video on a popular method to finishing off the back of your hoop. Or, you can click HERE to access the instructional links.
How long until my order arrives?
That all depends on where you live. Please note that we offer FREE shipping but the package does NOT have a tracking number. Please see our SHIPPING FAQ for more details.
How do I download my purchased pattern?
Once payment has been received for your pattern, you will receive an email with a link to download your pattern in PDF form. You must have a program with the ability to open and read PDF files to use the patterns. You will NOT receive a physical product in the mail.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! If you're interested in having a custom piece made, please email me HERE to discuss details and pricing.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of each piece, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on purchased hoop art. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Can I get a refund on my PDF pattern?
Once PDF patterns are purchased, I cannot process refunds. Please be very careful to choose the exact pattern you wish to purchase.
